Payment upon installation

We do not charge any amount on your credit card at the time of your order. You can cancel or modify your order free of charge up to 72 hours prior to installation.

At the time of installation, if a device cannot be installed for any reason, the equipment will be removed from the order and the price adjusted to reflect only the products installed (except in the case of connected products offered as a bonus).

Accepted payment methods

Full payment of your Hilo order by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

For security reasons and protection against fraud, credit card purchases will be accepted only if the billing name and address match the name that appears on the purchaser’s credit card and the address on the credit file.

In case of doubt, we reserve the right to confirm the validity of the transaction with the cardholder and cancel the order if necessary.
