The app

I have more than one Hilo account and would like to be able to log in more quickly. How can I do this?

First, you must have saved the login for one of your Hilo accounts in your phone’s password manager when you initially signed in. You can also save additional logins via your mobile device settings.

To add additional logins using the Hilo app, follow these steps:

1. On the Hilo app’s login page, tap “Sign in”.
2. Tap the “Email” field.
3. Tap the “Password” field, with the key icon.
4. Unlock your device when prompted.
5. Tap the + in the top right corner.
6. On the Add Password page, enter the User Name (email address linked to the Hilo account) and Password, then tap “OK”.

Save additional logins via your mobile device settings:

On an iOS device

1. Tap the Settings icon on your mobile device.
2. Scroll down and select Passwords.
3. Unlock your device when prompted.
4. Tap the + near the top right corner.
