Do I need to buy a new water heater to get Hilo’s smart water heater solution?

No, there’s no need to replace your current water heater to install Hilo’s smart solution.

The water heater itself is not included in the offer.

However, if your water heater was installed more than 10 years ago, you’ll need to replace it before the smart water heater solution can be installed.
