How will the rewards I’ve earned be paid?

At the end of the season, if you are still a Hilo member, you will receive an Interac transfer for the total amount of the rewards you have earned during Hilo challenge season.

If you are no longer a Hilo customer because you have withdrawn from the program or you have moved, a cheque will be sent to the address we have on file.
