Real-time power and consumption data is not available on my Hilo app.

It can take up to two business days after Hilo has been installed in your home before real-time power and consumption data is available on your Hilo app.

If it’s still not available after this time, please contact customer service at 438-289-4456 or 1-844-500-4456, or via the app under the Profile tab, Help section, Contact us.
