I'm one of the people who took part in the beta project. What if I don't want the water heater solution anymore?

In preparation for the launch of the new Hilo smart water heater solution, beta participants are invited to take advantage of a free upgrade to their current solution. 

However, if you no longer wish to use the smart water heater solution in your home, you can contact Hilo customer service. We will explain how to deactivate or remove it. 

Please note that the Hilo smart water heater solution will not be removed from your water heater unless the water heater installed by HydroSolution is also removed.
