What guarantee do you provide for your products?

According to sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the new Participant Agreement:

• Hilo-brand connected devices are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for three years;
• connected devices from other brands are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Participants should consult the instruction manuals or data sheets for these connected devices and products at hiloenergie.com.
