Can I join the Hilo solution for heating if my electric baseboards provide less than 50% of my home’s heat.

OR if the baseboards aren’t my main source of heat?

Yes.

It is now possible to sign up for Hilo if you have at least one line-voltage wall thermostat connected to an electric baseboard or a convection heater (with or without a fan), or even just one thermostat for electric floor heating.

If you have compatible Honeywell Home thermostats or a compatible EVduty charger, you can also sign up for Hilo without cost.

So no matter what other types of heating systems you have in your home (central or wall-mounted heat pump, heated flooring, wood-burning fireplace, etc.), you can now sign up for Hilo.
