Which devices are compatible with Hilo? 

Along with Hilo-branded products, several third-party devices — such as thermostats, water heater controllers, and EV chargers — are compatible with the Hilo service. This includes select models from Honeywell Home, Sinopé, and Mysa, which can be added to the Hilo app and automated by Hilo during peak events.

Other smart devices (e.g., switches, outlets, bulbs) that use the Zigbee protocol are also compatible with the Hilo app. However, these devices won’t be automated by Hilo during peak events and aren’t covered by Hilo’s warranty or customer support.
