What devices are compatible with the Hilo app?

To sign up for Hilo, you’ll need Hilo smart thermostats for electric baseboard or electric floor heating, or our electric vehicle charging solution. You can also participate in reduction challenges if you have compatible Honeywell Home smart thermostats for central heating by adding them to the Hilo app free of charge.

Additionally, all Zigbee-based smart home products (light switches, plug-in switches, light bulbs, etc.) are compatible with the Hilo smart home hub and can be controlled through the app. However, these devices will be excluded from Hilo challenges and won’t be covered by our customer service or product warranties.

Mysa smart thermostats will also be streamed into the Hilo ecosystem just in time for Hilo’s 2024-2025 challenge season.
